AHh! I don't know how to keep this up. Every morning I wake up tired and I make myself eat breakfast, then I sit and check my email, enter contests and write some blog or do other work. Then I do some housework and then..... nothing. I usually fall asleep because I'm tired, but I can't seem to get myself to do some exercises or go for a walk. It's 9am... I'm going to put on my tennies and go to the local flea market to do some walking, maybe i'll find some good deals!
I'll let you know and give me some encouragement!
