I feel like starting a food diary, I'm sure ya'll won't care for it but, it's a new year and gonna be accountable :p I guess I'll just keep it up the whole week and edit it. I still find myself drinking lots of water, which is good. I think I may have gained like 1lb during the holidays, but who doesn't, right?
December 31st, 2011 (LAST DAY OF THE YEAR)
Breakfast - 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/4 packet of splenda and a dash of cinnamon
Lunch - Tamales
Dinner - Tamales
Snack - Bunelo
January 1st, 2012
Breakfast - Oatmeal
Lunch - Fajita tacos, rice & beans
Snack - Grapefruit & Splenda
Dinner - Penne pasta n veggies
January 2nd, 2012
Breakfast - Water
Lunch - Luby's (Blackened Chicken Breast, cabbage, broccoli n cheese)
Dinner - Sandwich/salad/tea
January 3rd, 2012
Breakfast - Oatmeal
Lunch - Soft Tacos with cabbage
Dinner - hamburger meat with pasta n cheese sauce
January 4th, 2012
Breakfast - 4 slices of oranges + water
Lunch - 3/4 wendy's hamburger w/cheese + fries + 2 nuggest + lemonade
Dinner - Leftovers (rice, chicken with tomato) + water
Snack - Tortilla chips & cheese + salsa
Snack #2 - bowl of cereal (3/4 cup)
January 5th, 2012
Breakfast - Migas w/water
Lunch - BK side salad + 2tsp lite italian dressing
Dinner - Grilled chicken + broccoli n cheese + Garlic Bread
January 6th, 2012
Breakfast - Fast for doctors just water
Lunch - McDonalds Salsa Roja grilled chicken wrap + tea
Snack - 4 nuggets, 1/4cup mac n cheese, bologna taco
