I have not weighed myself in two weeks. I have meal planned in two weeks, I haven't exercised in two weeks. I'm not doing so good. I'm going to get off my butt and make myself breakfast then planning on doing some stretching afterwards...... wish me luck!

Making this one short. I missed the past two mondays. I so regret not planning because we ate out too much, which wasn't good for me. So here we go:
Monday: Beef n veggie stoup
Tuesday: Fideo con carne
Wednesday: Chicken Enchiladas with spanish rice
Thursday: Pork Chops with Potatos AuGratin
Friday: Grilled ham n cheese
Sunday: Chicken n White Bean Chili with Corn bread
