Well, this morning I went for a 10 minute walk. Yes, I know, just 10 minutes. But I didn't wake up when I wanted to. I had to be back in 15 to feed the baby. Anywho... I also got in my first YOGA SESSION! The dog ate half my yoga mat, so I only did it on a towel! And we have hardfloors, so it wasn't so nice on my back. So, hopefully today I'll have time to go buy a mat. I'm also planning to go walking later today.
I've also been having breakfast a couple days a week. And during the day I'm not doing so bad either. Had pizza the other day, but I also had and finished a salad, with little dressing. This morning I just had a sandwhich and water, I'm trying to do better.
Off to wash dishes....

I'm going to do it

Well, last night wasn't really a good night. I didn't go to bed until 3am! So, it's now 9am and I just woke up. I am still going to go walking like I said I was! I'm going to go change my DD's diaper, have a cup of oatmeal and then take the dog a bath and go walking. I also thought I had nothing to do, but I have two errands where I can get some more walking in.

Up 2!

Well, I guess my diet isn't enough now. I gained 2 lbs! I freaked out this morning when I weight myself. I couldn't believe it. So this morning I did dishes while doing some leg lifts. I think i did like 50! I lost count after 30. Then I had a job to do and I did about 15 min. of walking for that. We went to eat at a pizza place and I had one slice of veggie pizza plus a whole salad with lite salad dressing and tea with Splenda.
And tomorrow should be even better because we have nothing planned so I can have more control of what I eat and I'm going to do my first exercising tomorrow.
I plan on starting with a good breakfast and then I'm going to take the dog a bath and take her for walk! Not sure if I should take the baby. If she falls asleep after her early morning feeding then I'll leave her. Where we live there aren't any sidewalke so the road may be bumpy for her in her stroller. The dog, Dezi, will be happy to get out of the house. She's been stuck in the backyard for about 3 months now. Poor puppy!

Another sucessful day!
I had breakfast today and last night I went walking to support Relay 4 Life! I only walked like 10 minutes. It wasn't much, but it's something. When I got home my incision was itching like crazy, so I dried and cleaned it. I hate that I can't do more walking. Then before bed I washed bottles while I did squats! Yeah me! I did go to sleep a bit late because the baby had trouble going to sleep, so I had to rock her to sleep. Then when I was falling asleep I could feel my abs. That is crazy. I was wide awake at 7am, feed the baby, took a nap, feed the baby again. Then i did some sweeping and did some work for a while and now I'm about to wake up the family. My mom took my 4 year old to eat breakfast and they're still not back! I'm going to ask hubby to go to the garage and look for my 2lb weights. I'm getting hungry, so BYE!

Another day gone by


Thanks to my sister that is. She came to visit for her birthday. She brought breakfast tacos. I had one and a glass of milk. Yum! I had a bit more energy than I usually do. I stayed up after the baby woke up at 7am. After feeding her I washed dishes and put some clothes away. I didn't go walking today though. For lunch I had some nuggets and veggies and dinner hubby wanted to go out to his favorite burger place, Red Robin. I had a grilled chicken burger. Hubby ordered an appetizer and it was really hard to resist, I had a few. He ordered Chili Chili Nachos. They were good. I took off some cheese and added extra lettuce. It's really late, so I'm off to bed.

Oh, one more thing... i got a new haircut. It will work out great once I start working out full force. Here's a pic. Wish me luck tomorrow.

Day Two

Yesterday went pretty good.... I didn't over eat and only drank water. We went to the outlet mall and I did about 15 minutes of walking.
It's 7AM and I'm still sleepy. I got to wake up my 4yo and then I plan on making breakfast for myself, maybe some oatmeal and a piece of fruit.

Day One

Today is the first day of my weight loss after having my beautiful baby:

It's been a couple days over a month since our bundle of joy was born. My recovery has been slow, so I still have to take it easy. But it's kinda hard when your husband sleeps until 12 noon. But I'm okay with that because he doesn't go to sleep until 3 or 4 AM. I go to sleep around 10 AM to wake up between 5 and 6 AM. It's hard, but I love waking up and everyone else is still asleep and it's just me and my baby.
Anywho, the 20 lbs I lost before the baby I did it via ediets and being apart of a group on CafeMom, which I loved. I've joined them again to lost the last 10 lbs plus any other extra fat that wants to come off.
I haven't been eating good breakfast which isn't good. But I have to get on the ball. Latley I don't eat until 10am, 5 hours after I've already woken up. So, for the first month, till about the end of May to get use to eating Breakfast.
Got to start the day.....
