Slowly

After eating like a pig. I've been doing pretty good. Today I made beef tacos and I got myself a bowl, put tons of lettuce, tomato and some cheese and very little meat and a tad of ranch dressing. I've been doing the Women's Health Mag Belly Off workouts. I've only been doing the warm-ups... but hey, got to start somewhere, right?
Hopefully I'll start doing the actual work-outs now.
